Use after the solar system is physically complete and before final payment or normal operation. Utility permission to operate, compensation rules, incentives, and ownership or financing terms vary by state and utility. Do not remove electrical covers, operate unapproved equipment, test energized conductors, backfeed circuits, or bypass interlocks. Service, panel, EV, generator, solar, and battery work must be performed and inspected by qualified persons where required.
