Use after receiving written proposals and before selecting an electrician. A panel replacement, service upgrade, load-management system, or subpanel can solve different problems; the scope must identify which is being provided. Do not remove electrical covers, operate unapproved equipment, test energized conductors, backfeed circuits, or bypass interlocks. Service, panel, EV, generator, solar, and battery work must be performed and inspected by qualified persons where required.
