Calidad de juntas y ajuste
Cómo verificar
1. Check miter joints at corners — should be tight with no visible gap
2. Check scarf joints on long runs — should be smooth and barely visible
3. Verify baseboards are tight to the wall (no gaps) and consistent height
4. Check crown molding joints — cope joints preferred at inside corners (tighter than miters)
5. Check door and window casing — should be consistent width, miters tight at corners
6. Verify nail holes are filled and sanded smooth
7. Check caulk line between trim and wall — should be smooth and continuous
8. Inspect for consistent paint coverage on all trim
