Forms must be set to correct dimensions, alignment, and elevation per plans. Tolerances per ACI 117.
Forms must be adequately braced to resist concrete pressure during pour. Wall forms need snap ties or through-bolts plus diagonal bracing.
Forms must be clean, tight-fitting, and treated with release agent. No debris in forms before pour.
